Private College Student Loan

Dept of Education/student loan problems..HELP. ADVICE?

16 yrs ago i got a loan to go to the infamoUs COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER...I FOUND OUT 8/10/06, THAT MONIES WERE ADDED TO MY LOAN UNBEKNOWN TO ME AND THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, NOW WANTS ME TO REFINANCE AND PAY FOR CHARGES AND FEES. NEED LEGAL HELP IN FIGHTING D.O.E. DO I HAVE TO FILE A LAWSUIT? DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS REGARDING THEIR LOAN WITH CLC?- PEOPLE LET ME KNOW!
