Any info about the Sylvan Learning Center to share w/me?

I am about to sign papers for a $7000 loan for my grandaughter to attend the Center. I've read all of their brochures and it sounds good but has anyone out there ever used their services? Is it worth the money? Is that too much to pay for Tutoring? My grandaughter seems to enjoy going. During the school year she got a little lost in math and she refuses to work on math with anyone here in the house. Her education is very important to us, the sad thing is that she in only in the second grade. She is an above average reader it is just the math that throws her off. Any info about the Center would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

1. The center is expense and you can hire a teacher to tutor her in math and it would not cost as much.
2. my good friend taught there very briefly. she went to a training seminar. she fully expected to be learning teaching techniques and so-forth... the WHOLE seminar was on how to sell the most expensive packages to the parents. shortly after she put in her 2 weeks notice.
