Any good early childhood teacher training center in Singapore?

Hi all, My wife wants to take a full-time course in early childhood education in Singapore. She is thinking of getting a diploma in early childhood education. We have gone thru the S'pore MOE website and called all the training centers listed there, but we need feedback from people that have gone thru this before. Any of you have gone thru this kind of program before? If yes, can pls recommend a good school/training center? And also, do you happen to know which bank to get an educational loan with the best package (lowest interest, flexible payment, etc)? Thanks a million in advanced :)

2. My wife had gone thru all this courses,ther are a lot school conducting the diploma in early childhood like SIM RTRC NGEE ANN and so on.If u are a NTUC members u can get more than 50% subsidy.Just check with ntuc about SEP or SRP.
