What education loan would send the check directly to the student and would be payed back by the military if the student signed up for active duty with loan repayment and how long would it take the student to get the check

1. have no Idea what you are talking about? The GI Bill but that isn't how it works
2. No Student Loan gets paid directly to the student. First it goes to the College to pay for any tuition, fees and books. Same thing with any "Military Grant, Scholarship, etc). Any money left over then goes to the student to pay for "school related expenses" (Usually 2 wks before or after the semester starts. Depends on when the school receive the check and when they cut their checks). You will only get enough to cover these things. The military Loan repayment program then has you provide your lender information and the amounts and pays those to that lender.
