Private College Student Loan

I want to know about what is the lowest interest on a federal education loan?

As a parent...I'm looking for where to apply for a low interest rate on a federal education loan...is there such a thing at this time??

1. everyone that call homeless is with out a home is because we the people fread to take them in and take care of them with out money if u can sit with a homeless man and have a good convaction with him or her it could work
