financial aid for education purposes in the form of sponsorship or loan?

I’m from Malaysia. I'm interested to join The New York Film Academy to pursue my dream as a filmmaker; I've done the first phase of the application. However, for me to continue I may need help? For me to send all my details together with my certificate may cost $1000. The fee is $17000 per semester.
