Private College Student Loan

private student loan chase bank.?

i filed bankruptcy and now chase bank is calling my student loan for the full amount which obviously i can not pay, they told me they will send it to a collection agency or there lawyers and sue me for the money. My question is do they have to go to court first to garnish my income tax and wages? Also if you do have to go to court would the judge allow you to make payments instead of garnishments? all answers are appreciated. the loan amount is 6700 dollars. One more question if they take you to court will the court be in your county or where the bank is???????? thanks jay
