what is the percentage rate for my non-direct stafford loan?

when i go to www.dl.ed.gov it did not show any rates for my non-direct loans...they are perkin and stafford loan...anyone their interest rates are? thanks! i know perkin is at fixed 5% but what about non-direct stafford loan?
