Education loan with low income of parents?

I need an education loan of INR 15-20 lakhs for my post graduate studies in UK. All the banks I approached require the parents income proof. However, my parents have a very low income. Also the flat where I stay belongs to my grandmother and not to my parents. Is there any bank or financial institution which can give me a loan without looking at my parents income? I stay in Mumbai.

1. If you are not informed you, will be deformed; I'm sharing this today because I have to. Sometime ago my wife Loveth Fisher was in need of loan to start up, she searched online and she told me that someone Vanessa Kleebereger referred her to one MR CHARLES BRICKS, she was afraid because of internet scam but she took the risk of contacting him.
