college grants and loans for dissabled people in sc?

I'm currently a junior in highschool and havecerbral palsy and am wondering if there are any special loans are grants i can get

1. Andy, I am way past college. Thankfully my father was able to fund the little bit of college i had. I hated all school. At least my hubby went to college more. Oh my husband just said contact vocational rehabilitation (voc-rehab). It is a state agency. It might be called another name which i don't know of. My hubby said to find it either look this up by going online to the white or yellow pages and looking up vocational rehabilitation or calling the social security in that area and asking for the number for vocational rehabilitation. Remember to do this all in the the state of sc or in the area of the school that u have chosen.
