Can I make a student loan payment to Sallie Mae by credit card?

I've been paying my Sallie Mae student loans off via e-checks for a few years, but this month my wife asked me if I could pay with our Master Card, since we get some bonus perks by using our credit card. I don't see an option to pay by credit card when I log in to SallieMae, but is it possible to do this over the phone?

1. Call their customer service # and asked them. Trust me, I am sure they are getting a lot of default @ this time, so I don't think they would mind so much how they get their monies as long as they get it. Never hurts to try, all they can say is no.
2. Generally, you cannot use borrowed money (which is what a credit card is) to pay for borrowed money. Most reputatble creditors do not not accept credit card payments.
