Private College Student Loan

I have student loans with citibank and I'm applying for a unemployment deferment.?

I've already mailed off the deferment application to citibank but was wondering how long the process actually takes and how long before my loans actually show that they are actually deferred?

1. I had to do the same thing about a year ago and it took about 4-5 weeks to get my reply. You can call the number for customer service and talk to rep to ensure they received your paperwork and they should be able to give you a more specific time frame.
