Which bank is the best for private student loans?

I am trying to apply for a private student loan because my Stafford loan won't cover my entire semester. Which bank has the best fixed interest rate, and highest turn-over rate for accepting loans? Thanks for any input! I have a ready and willing co-signer that has a fantastic credit score and very stable employment, so getting a loan is not a problem. I would just like to know what bank is the best to go with for such a costly decision. Thanks again for helping!

1. All private loans will have variable interest rates and you will be required to have a cosigner with good credit, a high income and a stable employment history. If you can't afford your school on federal loans only then you can't afford that school and you need to find a better one.
