how to get loan for setting up a computer centre in village?

Now, I’m planning to set up a computer learning centre in this village to give modern computer education as well as income generating job opportunities to all the educated unemployed people of the village. But I’m facing some financial problem The loan amount starts from Rs. 50,000.00 ( fifty thousand ) to Rs. 1,00,000 ( One Lakh) on the security of our agricultural lands. Our family has agricultural lands of about 3.5 lakhs at current price. please suggest me how I can get loans from banks so that I can set up the computer centre.

Many banks are not going to give a loan anymore.. They kept it as frozen until u have good business credit reputation then they will do it for u whatever you asked.
