i m confused about my career ? i don't what to do ? can anyone help me.?

my aim is become finance manager. right now i m doing part time MBA from icfai university. i m working in call centre i will trying to getting opprotunity in our office management field. but i didn't get. i m in this company for last two years. i want accounting experience but my work is not in account field. but i really want accounting experience so after finished my part time MBA i would get the good job in are company or in any other company but i m confused about still i want search another job in any other company or still wait to in are company so i m very confused right now i don't take any decision. may be my company now growing if i left the job & then company grow faster so that i think i lost my chance or may be another company gives me good job so i can reach what is my aim. friends plz help me about this issue. i don't leave my company right now becoz i have education loan for my mba course. what to do still attached with my company or any other company? plz help me.

1. First of all you need to find job in a company other than a call centre. Try as a contract official in some company in the accounting department. Then you will gain experience and your MBA later can help you find good position in financial sector. These days financial sector is growing in a good way in india.
2. I think you should leave the job for a better one. As in, no matter what your financial commitments are, follow youe heart. That will take you to your dream. There is no point getting stuck with the wrong job. If you fear your company might grow immediately after you drop out, that growth applies to the sector as such, so all companies should benefit from the growth, So by all its chances the new company in which you would be joining will also witness a change in fortune.. so chill, drop your job for a new one.
