How to pay my chase student loan online if i dont have a chase account?

i dont have a chase account and i don't have checks to send them in the mail and i tried calling and that didn't work! i dont know if you can pay them online! please help!

1. The only way would be to keep calling their customer service. Have your account number and when they ask for it, give it to them and tell them the problem. Really, contacting customer service is the only way. If they cannot help you, demand to talk to to a supervisor or get a telephone number.
