Private College Student Loan

Are there any college students out there that have received a private student loan or personal loan?

Please read: I'm looking for any non US residents who have received a loan to pay for college. I'm looking to apply for a loan with a co-signer, using my ITIN instead of a SSN. I looked into the student loans at Wells Fargo, and they accept an ITIN in place of a SSN, but since it's federal, they ask for proof of residency. Does anyone who has done so know where I can find a loan that I can apply for based on my circumstances? Oh and please don't post on here to make racist comments, they are truly not needed.
