Private College Student Loan

can I get education loan for my last two semesters of B.Tech?

i am a 4th year b.tech student. my parents had paid my semester fees till now. but because of some personal reasons they had refused to help with my education.my maternal grandfather and uncle are rready to help me to apply for an education loan. can i get loan for my remaining two semesters(around 60,000)?please advice me as as to whether i should consult a bank or private money lender.please suggest any ways to complete my education.
