My brother has taken education loan and i am paying interest whether i will get tax exemption .?

My brother is pursuing MBA and has taken education loan and i am paying interest whether i will get tax exemption .

1. Probably - not 100% sure though.
2. Certainly you will get tax exemption for the interests paid towards edu. loan
3. You cannot claim any tax benefit on the education loan taken by your brother .You cannot claim any benefit even if you pay the amount .
