I need to have someone in the Sallie Mae office who is not in India send some decision making correspondence to my child's financial aid office. Can any one help me with key decision makers and policy makers at Sallie Mae and REAL CONTACT Info?

You will likely get another person. You aren't going to get ahold of any policy makers on the PHONES. You have TONS of options depending on what your child's problem is... but remember you can't change the laws and much of what student aid is is written into the policies/law that control them.... remember your local friendly political can influence these!! If we knew what the problem was perhaps someone here could guide you elsewhere besides a sallie mae CEO.
