How to apply for Direct PLUS Loans for Parents with bad credit score?

Ok so I'm trying to apply for the loan but my parents have a bad credit score. So I need to have other people to co-sign it in which i already did but its on the document. So do I send it somewhere? Because i already applied online and did the master promissory note. I really don't know what to do.... Thanks a lot.
