Help me to take Abroad Education Loans?

I want to take educational loans for studying B.E in Malaysia.The cost of the abroad program is 9 lakhs. My father has another Outstanding Loan. Hence I don't have any property documents now. How can I take loan for atleast 5 Lakhs? Without any property how much money can I get?
