Private College Student Loan

Is there any lender out there that will consolidate PRIVATE student loans?

It used to be common place for lenders like Wells Fargo and Chase to offer consolidation loans for Private student loans, but after a lot of recent financial regulation I am at a loss to find even one that offers consolidation loans. Anyone have any more suggestions/insight? I currently have private loans out with Sallie Mae, they do not offer consolidation loans.
