regarding my overseas education loan and fund?

i have got offer letter frm lambton college canada for 1 year graudate course,i had paid my full tution fees in cash to college and for living expens of 1 year i had taken loan of 4 lac frm SBI bank.and my dad annual income is 2.20 lac on IT returns.and i have got 6 band in ielts.I want to apply for SPP programe for my student visa.is i will get visa and is i am suitable for spp programe ,my funds are good to apply for spp programe.
