Which lender is the best for private student loans?

I'm needing a student loan that can cover tuition and also RENT! I'm aware of Wells Fargo loans, however, the interest rates are outrageous. I've also heard of Sallie Mae, but I'm not sure if they offer a private student loan for rent. Along with the lenders listed above, are there any other good private student loans?
