Private College Student Loan

How do I consolidate private student loans with bad credit?

I have about 32000 +- in private student loans. I need to consolidate them as soon as possible so I can get them into my name only and get rid of the co-signer. This is a dire situation im in. Oh and my score is horrible.... Help?
