Student loans question? CEO of chase visa MORE INSIDE PLS HELP?

Hello. I am a student going to PNCA with a semester tuition cost of $18000 with everything included. I have no credit or cosigner. I have an in with the CEO of Chase Visa, Jamie, because my boyfriend that I'm about to move in with's father is head of the loan Corp of IBM and is very very good friends with him, and he said he would talk to him for me. Do you think he could get me a good deferred loan without a cosigner? Does he have the power to give me a loan without credit or a cosigner?

1. No. You can't get a student loan without a cosigner with awesome credit, a stable, long term and HIGH income and a low debt to income ratio. Sorry... no cosigner, no private student loan. Perhaps you could get the CEO to cosign for you? LOL
