Where can I get help with College grants or additional loans?

I am going back to school, and I am eligible for financial aid (loans) BUT since I already have Bachelors Degree I am INELIGIBLE for Pell Grants. Where can I go online to find a grant or loan to helop get me through the rest of the balance?? I still owe about $3800 and I'm on welfare w/2 kinds and NO job...What I am going for now is Surgical tech and has nothing to do with my old degree (meteorology)

1. Have you tried Fafsa http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ Also speak to your school's financial aid office as they often have lists of available scholarships and grants
2. You are welcome to apply for a private loan from the lender of your choice if you have a cosigner who has excellent credit. There is no other federal aid available besides what you have already been offered. Talk to your financial aid office for further assistance; they may be able to help.
