Private College Student Loan

Chase Student Loans??

I am looking into chase student loans, and I'm going to have to take out about 10,500 a semester for school, and living expenses, such as gas, car insurcance, and such. Am I supposed to take out the loans for all four years, one year, or just one semester at a time?
