Private College Student Loan

Has anyone had any bad experiences getting a Chase Student loan?

I applied for one weeks ago and was conditionally approved blahblahblah, but they keep calling and asking me to send paperwork that I've faxed them three times. Are they always this inefficient? Or is it just my rotten luck?

1. Did you put a coversheet on when you faxed it? It might have gotten misplaced. also, when you faxed it, did you wait to make sure the fax when through? normally after you fax something a page comes out telling you if the fax was sucessful or not. Good Luck!
